Hi! I’m Heidi, and I help devoted health-seekers like you cultivate long-lasting health and well-being.

I strongly believe Massage is more than curing a tension-related ailment: it’s giving attention, energy, and the opportunity for fresh reflection to a fellow human being. I have treated a variety of contemporary Ailments ranging from pain stemming from long periods sitting in front of the computer screens, pregnancy, multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, herniated disk, frozen shoulder, stiff neck and improving the functions of the internal organs. I also stress the importance of what we eat and the way we treat the natural environment.

My own pursuit of Health and love of movement and dance sparked the beginning of my career as a Massage therapist. After gaining my Diploma, my Training has included specialised intensive Massage courses in England, France, Greece, Thailand and Spain.

For the past 10 years I have developed my practice whilst working in spas and therapy centers in London and Barcelona and eventually established my own studio in London in 2014. In the beginning of 2020 I decided to close my London studio, wanting to focus more of my energy and time in Barcelona, where I currently live. I couldn’t be more happy with this decision. Excited to start this new chapter with you.

Let me share my story. I was under huge stress a couple of years ago and was looking for help since none of the exercises of yoga or meditation were supporting my needs. After one of the consultations I was advised to receive treatment from Heidi. I expected to receive something like Thai massage but in the end it was something different, related not only to the treatment of my body but it was more about healing my spirit. She helped me to put in order my thoughts and my feelings which brought more peace into my life and let stress relief.

It was the first time when I had this kind of treatment and of course I had some questions which have been answered by Heidi with detail and deep explanation about this type of “massage”. I don’t say that it is unique when a person explains what she/he is doing but it was quite impressive because I found out new facts about my body and about the importance of the relaxation of the belly area.

Spiral 1 — Holistic Massage Treatments

Our bodies are wise beyond imagination — they know what’s good and what’s bad for us. Holistic Massage Treatments will be our gateway to connecting with yours. 

 Through touch, presence and care you will learn to listen to your body, along with its needs, aspirations, and wisdom. Beyond helping you feel calm and relaxed, we will help you communicate compassionately with your body, creating space for deep healing to take place.

 Our massage sessions will plant beautiful seeds that you’ll carry with you in your daily life.

 I use a variety of wonderful techniques to help you relax, overcome physical pain, and connect deeply with your body:


The Belly Massage: Also known as CHI NEI TSANG (internal organs massage). We digest our food, but it’s also fascinating to observe how we “digest” our emotions. Emotions will be projected on some particular organ: fear will affect the colon and kidney, create diarrhea or constipation depending on people. Anger is very often linked with the liver, and happens after too much food, alcohol or excess of sweets.

 By giving care and attention to our organs, we can create space for them to perform better and take better care of ourselves: not only physically, but emotionally too.

 The Osteothai Massage: A Thai yoga massage combined with Osteopathy techniques. This is a meeting between Eastern and Western therapies. I use my hands, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet to open the energy lines of your body, which helps recover the flow of your energy, bringing more balance. Passive and rhythmic stretches allow to regain openess and flexibility.

 The Oil Massage: Making sure that each session is personalised to your needs, I also have 10 years experience in oil massage – Swedish, Deep Tissue and Balinese. A combination of gentle and relaxing strokes, as well as vigorous pressure points stimulation, to stimulate the flow of blood, lymph and energy. I use high quality oils, mostly organic.


Spiral 2 — Nourish Your Body

After the treatment you’ll be offered one of my homemade healthy treats: A time for you to connect with all five of your senses – hearing,  sight, smell, taste, touch – giving yourself a moment to truly take in the session you have just received.

I love to cook: I hope to inspire you to eat a more balanced diet – open to always share my recipes with you. As much as possible, I like to use local organic products which have more beneficial nutrients and fewer pesticides. Everything freshly made. Just like the massage treatments, each wholesome homemade treat that is included in these sessions varies, keeping it a surprise and tailoring it to your individual needs.

Learning to become more mindful not only with our physical body, but also the way we choose to eat, which naturally will play a role in how we feel emotionally.

Spiral 3 — Integration

Your body needs two to three days to process the treatment, the treatment doesn´t end the minute you leave the massage therapy session.

I am here to support you. I want you to feel listened. There’s no rush. During these 30 days we will go at your own pace – free to share with me any information that you feel is relevant, whether it be stories from the past or a more recent incident. 

Theoretically, it is the brain that decides when to take action. But sometimes the brain gets short-circuited by the body’s nervous system, which can go into action faster than thought, or by emotional reactions which escape our conscious will. Through massage we will work on regulating your nervous system, helping you feel more grounded and balanced.

Spiral 4 — Follow Up with Aligned Action

Movement — I’m a big believer in the importance of daily exercise to maintain our physical and mental state. During these four sessions I will share with you techniques to help combat stress, anxiety and elevate your energy to a higher frequency. Giving you the confidence to continue doing the work all by yourself.

The first time I went to receive a treatment from Heidi was after going through a period of mental stress and suffering from neck pain.
